After sending a request to view the property, they made initial contact very quickly and were very accommodating and helped us to arrange a time around work. They also checked in with us on the day to check we were still comfortable viewing. Aimee met us at the property. She was so friendly and welcoming. We are 1st time buyers, and she made us feel valued - that no question was too big or too small or silly! She was very knowledgeable and guided up around the house with no pressure or awkwardness.
