My experience with Victoria Pinkerton has been 100% +++. In particular, Christina Gass demonstrated their total commitment to our property sale, attention to detail, giving very helpful advice, including their marketing expertise, finding suitable buyers, contract document chase, liaison with our conveyancing solicitor all the way to successful completion. When I had questions urgently needing answered, they were always on hand to provide answers. There was no forwarding to "a message service", or endless waiting, they were always contactable, and provided well-thought-out answers. "Selling can be a frustrating ordeal" That is why it is essential you have the involvement of only true professionals on your side.

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. We have viewed a number of properties, but Victoria Pinkerton has been a pleasure to deal with. After sending a request to view the property, they made initial contact very quickly and were very accommodating and helped us to arrange a time around work. They also checked in with us on the day to check we were still comfortable viewing. Aimee met us at the property. She was so friendly and welcoming. We are 1st time buyers, and she made us feel valued - that no question was too big or too small or silly! She was very knowledgeable and guided up around the house with no pressure or awkwardness.
