Commercial Properties for Sale in Northern Ireland Page 1

From initial contact at the valuation, we couldn't be happier with the service we received from the team at Victoria Pinkerton. Their marketing style and presence appealed to us, and we hoped it would do the same for potential buyers! We were able to sell in under two weeks, and Christina and Sandra provided great contact and, most importantly, reassurance to us as first-time sellers! Thanks, of course, to the lovely Aimee, who was always on hand to link us with whatever was needed.

Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the team and would happily recommend them to anyone in the future

I would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton if you're looking to sell your house. The majority of my contact was with Sandra and Christina, who were super great to deal with. At all times, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which helped alleviate the stresses associated with buying a house considerably. Thanks again both for your help.

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars

It has taken us 14 months and 56 houses to finally find our forever home. During those months, we had been in contact with many estate agents asking " what is coming on?", and making viewing appointments daily. I began to know the staff inside out from each estate agent, and most knew me as soon as I only gave my first name. Victoria Pinkerton are an excellent Team. Aimee and Nikki always went that extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aimee even went out of her way to contact me regarding houses that were listed with other estate agents, just in case I missed " the special one". The Pinkertons Team were very enthusiastic and always on hand anytime you needed them. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional, and most of all, took the time to help us with any queries we had. I would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton.

Very professional. Of particular note was Erin who was a great help throughout the sale. A very efficient process throughout and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

We were extremely pleased with the service that Victoria Pinkerton provided, with regards to the sale of our late parents’ home at Henderson Avenue, Bangor. This was a difficult, emotional and stressful time for the family, and the staff at Victoria Pinkerton went above and beyond in delivering our requests. This was our family home for 54 years, and Victoria Pinkerton was so empathetic in their approach throughout every stage of the sales process. This company understood the housing market in the area and answered all our questions in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The advice that they provided was delivered in a very professional and friendly way. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Pinkerton to any person who is thinking of selling their property.

We started our search in February for our new home, and our entire experience with Victoria Pinkerton has been most satisfactory. We were kept well informed, the dashboard was very useful and updated along the way as required. All staff, especially Nikki, treated us with courtesy and consideration along the way. A very professional team that made a stressful journey easier.

My experience with Victoria Pinkerton has been 100% +++. In particular, Christina Gass demonstrated their total commitment to our property sale, attention to detail, giving very helpful advice, including their marketing expertise, finding suitable buyers, contract document chase, liaison with our conveyancing solicitor all the way to successful completion. When I had questions urgently needing answered, they were always on hand to provide answers. There was no forwarding to "a message service", or endless waiting, they were always contactable, and provided well-thought-out answers. "Selling can be a frustrating ordeal" That is why it is essential you have the involvement of only true professionals on your side.
