We'll always try to sort things out straight away. If we can't do that immediately, your concern will be passed to a senior team member for a closer look.
What Happens Next
Once we've received your complaint:
We'll acknowledge it in writing within 3 working days

We'll investigate thoroughly and fairly, speaking to any team members involved

Within 15 working days, we'll respond with our findings and any steps we're taking to resolve the matter
If for any reason we need more time, we'll let you know and keep you informed throughout.
Complaints are always handled confidentially and with the aim of reaching a resolution that feels fair to you.
If You're Still Not Happy
If you're not satisfied with our response, please let us know. We'll pass your complaint to a senior member of the team who hasn't been involved so far, to review everything afresh.
We'll aim to respond again within 15 working days. If we need longer, we'll explain why and keep you updated.
