First of all, we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Victoria Pinkerton for handling the sale of our late mother's home (our dear family home). From meeting them at the initial valuation, we knew we’d picked the right agent to sell for us. The brochure was superb, with a selection of good-quality photos. Sandra and Christina were in contact continually, updating and reassuring and worked tirelessly to sell our home. They were empathic, friendly and very professional. My experience with Victoria Pinkerton has been 100% +++. In particular, Christina Gass demonstrated their total commitment to our property sale, attention to detail, giving very helpful advice, including their marketing expertise, finding suitable buyers, contract document chase, liaison with our conveyancing solicitor all the way to successful completion. When I had questions urgently needing answered, they were always on hand to provide answers. There was no forwarding to "a message service", or endless waiting, they were always contactable, and provided well-thought-out answers. "Selling can be a frustrating ordeal" That is why it is essential you have the involvement of only true professionals on your side.

It has taken us 14 months and 56 houses to finally find our forever home. During those months, we had been in contact with many estate agents asking " what is coming on?", and making viewing appointments daily. Aimee and Nikki always went that extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aimee even went out of her way to contact me regarding houses that were listed with other estate agents, just in case I missed " the special one". The Pinkertons Team were very enthusiastic and always on hand anytime you needed them. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional, and most of all, took the time to help us with any queries we had. I would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton.

First class. Excellent customer service. Very attentive, even though I was buying from Victoria Pinkerton. Sandra and Aimee were so approachable and easy to chat too when I had a query. If I ever move again, I will definitely select Victoria Pinkerton to sell my property, and it would hopefully be through Victoria Pinkerton that I would buy from.

Rachelle was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything and helped me understand what goes into getting your first home. Rachelle also worked around my working hours as I have a long working day and can't get out of work for meetings. I would 100% go back to her for more help in the future.
