I had an excellent experience with Victoria Pinkerton. The staff were kind and courteous throughout my house purchase. The process was really smooth, and I felt they always tried their best to keep me informed. I'd definitely recommend this agency and would use them in the future myself as well.

I would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton if you're looking to sell your house. The majority of my contact was with Sandra and Christina, who were super great to deal with. At all times, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which helped alleviate the stresses associated with buying a house considerably. Thanks again both for your help.

First of all, we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Victoria Pinkerton for handling the sale of our late mother's home (our dear family home). From meeting them at the initial valuation, we knew we’d picked the right agent to sell for us. The brochure was superb, with a selection of good-quality photos. Sandra and Christina were in contact continually, updating and reassuring and worked tirelessly to sell our home. They were empathic, friendly and very professional. Aimee was so pleasant and helpful, providing guidance every step of the way. Everyone we spoke to was absolutely lovely. We would highly recommend using Victoria Pinkerton as an agent. They will not disappoint. Thank you again

Very professional. Of particular note was Erin who was a great help throughout the sale. A very efficient process throughout and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

First class. Excellent customer service. Very attentive, even though I was buying from Victoria Pinkerton. Sandra and Aimee were so approachable and easy to chat too when I had a query. If I ever move again, I will definitely select Victoria Pinkerton to sell my property, and it would hopefully be through Victoria Pinkerton that I would buy from.

What a great experience from Victoria and the team at Victoria Pinkerton, a breath of fresh air in what can be a challenging time for all involved. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton and could not have asked for better when purchasing our new home. From the first point of contact via the phone, I instantly felt at ease. During the early stages of the searching process, we met the team in person and we instantly knew that this was the right estate agent for us. From the get-go, their expertise and professionalism were evident, as well as during the purchasing process. Alongside this, they are so friendly, supportive, and caring. Any concerns that we had were addressed promptly, and we really appreciated this, putting our minds at ease and providing the reassurances we needed. Excellent communication from everyone in the team. A person-centred approach and exceptional overall service which is testament to why they are rated so highly. Top-notch! Thank-you so much again to everyone that helped us along the way. An amazing team!

I highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton for their exceptional service. Their expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth. From property search to closing, they demonstrated professionalism, timely communication, and attention to detail. They've been consistently responsive to any concerns, maintaining the property well. The leasing process was straightforward, and their friendly approach creates a positive living experience. I appreciate their commitment to tenant satisfaction.

Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the team and would happily recommend them to anyone in the future

We recently sold our home with Victoria Pinkerton and couldn't recommend them enough; from the initial valuation to completion was flawless. I can’t finish off without giving Sandra a special mention, from the start she helped us at every turn and even went as far as showing us how to use the app on my phone to map the progress of our sale, and with constant updates on the phone, we were kept very well informed.
