We started our search in February for our new home, and our entire experience with Victoria Pinkerton has been most satisfactory. We were kept well informed, the dashboard was very useful and updated along the way as required. All staff, especially Nikki, treated us with courtesy and consideration along the way. A very professional team that made a stressful journey easier.

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars

We recently sold our home with Victoria Pinkerton and couldn't recommend them enough; from the initial valuation to completion was flawless. I can’t finish off without giving Sandra a special mention, from the start she helped us at every turn and even went as far as showing us how to use the app on my phone to map the progress of our sale, and with constant updates on the phone, we were kept very well informed.
