When I had questions urgently needing answered, they were always on hand to provide answers. There was no forwarding to "a message service", or endless waiting, they were always contactable, and provided well-thought-out answers. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion.
