They fell in love with our house the minute they saw it - knew it was one of a kinda and needed special treatment! Couldn’t have asked for better service - even when there were bumps in the road. Victoria Pinkerton worked tirelessly to finally get there! The whole team kept us informed at all stages - loved the online property file to keep track of all movements. Very well done

Rachelle not only helped us get our mortgage but also supported us through what turned out to be a long difficult process. Her optimism and positive approach was amazing and much needed. She is great at her job, and we would highly recommend using her. Thank you Rachelle!

We started our search in February for our new home, and our entire experience with Victoria Pinkerton has been most satisfactory. We were kept well informed, the dashboard was very useful and updated along the way as required. All staff, especially Nikki, treated us with courtesy and consideration along the way. A very professional team that made a stressful journey easier.

Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the team and would happily recommend them to anyone in the future

It has taken us 14 months and 56 houses to finally find our forever home. During those months, we had been in contact with many estate agents asking " what is coming on?", and making viewing appointments daily. I began to know the staff inside out from each estate agent, and most knew me as soon as I only gave my first name. Victoria Pinkerton are an excellent Team. Aimee and Nikki always went that extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aimee even went out of her way to contact me regarding houses that were listed with other estate agents, just in case I missed " the special one". The Pinkertons Team were very enthusiastic and always on hand anytime you needed them. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional, and most of all, took the time to help us with any queries we had. I would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton.
