Matrimonial Valuations

Dividing property during divorce can be one of the more challenging aspects of a separation.

We are often jointly instructed by solicitors or the Court to provide an impartial valuation as a Single Joint Expert. If a joint appointment isn't possible, we can also provide independent valuations for individual parties. Our expertise ensures this part of the process is handled professionally and fairly.

For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion.
