Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. After sending a request to view the property, they made initial contact very quickly and were very accommodating and helped us to arrange a time around work. They also checked in with us on the day to check we were still comfortable viewing. Aimee met us at the property. She was so friendly and welcoming. We are 1st time buyers, and she made us feel valued - that no question was too big or too small or silly! She was very knowledgeable and guided up around the house with no pressure or awkwardness.
