I have bought and sold property in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England over the past 35 years and never before have I encountered such an outstanding level of service and professionalism as we received from the team at Victoria Pinkerton. I dealt with the rental team for 15 years and recently the Sales team, who have just completed the sale of our property at Pinehill Road, Bangor. Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity.
