We have viewed a number of properties, but Victoria Pinkerton has been a pleasure to deal with. After sending a request to view the property, they made initial contact very quickly and were very accommodating and helped us to arrange a time around work. They also checked in with us on the day to check we were still comfortable viewing. Aimee met us at the property. She was so friendly and welcoming. We are 1st time buyers, and she made us feel valued - that no question was too big or too small or silly! She was very knowledgeable and guided up around the house with no pressure or awkwardness. We have met a number of estate agents, but she has by far been the nicest! Look forward to hopefully dealing with Victoria Pinkerton in the future!

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Rachelle was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything and helped me understand what goes into getting your first home. Rachelle also worked around my working hours as I have a long working day and can't get out of work for meetings. I would 100% go back to her for more help in the future.

Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. It has taken us 14 months and 56 houses to finally find our forever home. Aimee and Nikki always went that extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aimee even went out of her way to contact me regarding houses that were listed with other estate agents, just in case I missed " the special one". The Pinkertons Team were very enthusiastic and always on hand anytime you needed them.
