I have used the services of Victoria Pinkerton on a few occasions. I have always been very happy from beginning to completion. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating, so much so that when I talk to them it's like catching up with old friends. I would highly recommend everything they do as their professionalism is second to none

First class. Excellent customer service. Very attentive, even though I was buying from Victoria Pinkerton. Sandra and Aimee were so approachable and easy to chat too when I had a query. If I ever move again, I will definitely select Victoria Pinkerton to sell my property, and it would hopefully be through Victoria Pinkerton that I would buy from.

I have bought and sold property in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England over the past 35 years and never before have I encountered such an outstanding level of service and professionalism as we received from the team at Victoria Pinkerton. I dealt with the rental team for 15 years and recently the Sales team, who have just completed the sale of our property at Pinehill Road, Bangor. To use the words 'First Class' is inadequate; this is an office full of totally professional and caring people. Top Marks. Special mention to Colin Dill and Sandra Russell. Well done to all, would gladly recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for a 'TOP CLASS' Estate Agent.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Ciara. Ciara has been an absolute gem in managing my property portfolio. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail have truly set her apart. From finding reliable tenants to ensuring seamless communication throughout the entire process, Ciara has consistently gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations. What truly stands out is Ciara's genuine care and commitment to looking after my properties as if they were her own. Her proactive approach and problem-solving skills have made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I feel confident and assured knowing that Ciara is taking care of my investments. In summary, Ciara is an exceptional asset to your team, and I couldn't be more grateful for her outstanding service.

From initial contact at the valuation, we couldn't be happier with the service we received from the team at Victoria Pinkerton. Their marketing style and presence appealed to us, and we hoped it would do the same for potential buyers! We were able to sell in under two weeks, and Christina and Sandra provided great contact and, most importantly, reassurance to us as first-time sellers! Thanks, of course, to the lovely Aimee, who was always on hand to link us with whatever was needed.

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars

Megan's exceptional attention to detail and unwavering dedication have truly set her apart in managing my property. From the initial let to the mid-term inspections and the meticulous move-out report, Megan has consistently gone above and beyond to safeguard my interests as a landlord. In a particularly challenging situation involving a dispute over the deposit at the end of a tenancy, Megan's expertise and thoroughness shone through. Her meticulous documentation and evidence collection were instrumental in securing a favourable outcome. The adjudicator's ruling in my favour, citing the exceptional quality of the evidence supplied, is a testament to Megan's outstanding professionalism. Megan's exceptional eye for detail and commitment to protecting my interests make her an invaluable asset. I have complete confidence in her abilities, and I am truly grateful for her exceptional service. Megan is a true professional, and I feel fortunate to have her managing my property.

We purchased a property from Victoria Pinkerton and found them very professional, helpful and approachable. As we were so impressed, we used them to rent out a property, and they found us great tenants. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.
