We were kept well informed, the dashboard was very useful and updated along the way as required. All staff, especially Nikki, treated us with courtesy and consideration along the way. A very professional team that made a stressful journey easier.

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. I have bought and sold property in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England over the past 35 years and never before have I encountered such an outstanding level of service and professionalism as we received from the team at Victoria Pinkerton. I dealt with the rental team for 15 years and recently the Sales team, who have just completed the sale of our property at Pinehill Road, Bangor.
