I've had the pleasure of working with Mark from Victoria Pinkerton for over five years now, and I can confidently say that he never fails to impress. Mark's professionalism and attention to detail are truly commendable. As a Director of a residents management company, I rely on Mark to keep me informed about expenditure and scheduled works, and he always delivers with thorough and timely responses. What sets Mark apart is his dedication to maintaining consistent communication, even when my interactions with Victoria Pinkerton extend beyond property management. Despite not being part of the sales team, Mark has been incredibly supportive during the sale of three properties. It's evident that he takes personal ownership of his clients' experiences, ensuring a seamless transition and demonstrating a level of care that goes above and beyond. I'm grateful to have Mark as my point of contact at Victoria Pinkerton, and his unwavering commitment to excellence has made every interaction a positive one. He truly embodies the values of professionalism and exceptional customer service.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Victoria Pikerton when buying our house. Anyone I dealt with, especially Sandra, was extremely efficient and professional, and nothing was too much bother. We would definitely recommend Pinkertons.

It has taken us 14 months and 56 houses to finally find our forever home. During those months, we had been in contact with many estate agents asking " what is coming on?", and making viewing appointments daily. I began to know the staff inside out from each estate agent, and most knew me as soon as I only gave my first name. Victoria Pinkerton are an excellent Team. Aimee and Nikki always went that extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aimee even went out of her way to contact me regarding houses that were listed with other estate agents, just in case I missed " the special one". The Pinkertons Team were very enthusiastic and always on hand anytime you needed them. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional, and most of all, took the time to help us with any queries we had. I would highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton.

We purchased a property from Victoria Pinkerton and found them very professional, helpful and approachable. As we were so impressed, we used them to rent out a property, and they found us great tenants. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the team and would happily recommend them to anyone in the future

I highly recommend Victoria Pinkerton for their exceptional service. Their expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth. From property search to closing, they demonstrated professionalism, timely communication, and attention to detail. They've been consistently responsive to any concerns, maintaining the property well. The leasing process was straightforward, and their friendly approach creates a positive living experience. I appreciate their commitment to tenant satisfaction.

Recently purchased a house through this estate agent and I could not be happier. They are professional and caring. They keep in brilliant contact and answer every enquiry. Thank you team

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars

Thank you so much Victoria Pinkerton for the amazing service from start to finish with the completion of our property! In particular, I want to thank Nikki for her hard work, determination and commitment. You do so much behind the scenes, and it is clear you care and are passionate about your clients, always very reassuring. I do not wish to move again 😆 but would definitely have you sell our property in the future and recommend you to family and friends. Thanks so much.
