Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward. Having just recently completed the purchase of a property as a first-time buyer, I can highly recommend the team at Victoria Pinkerton. For the initial viewings and any follow-up visits, I dealt with Lydia, who was always very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had on the property. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process over the following months, I mostly dealt with Sandra, whose communication was great; she was always easy to get a hold of, provided regular updates and was the most helpful part of the whole thing right up to completion. The same can be said for the other members of the team with whom I had been in contact on occasion. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the team and would happily recommend them to anyone in the future

Rachelle was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything and helped me understand what goes into getting your first home. Rachelle also worked around my working hours as I have a long working day and can't get out of work for meetings. I would 100% go back to her for more help in the future.
