It has taken us 14 months and 56 houses to finally find our forever home. During those months, we had been in contact with many estate agents asking " what is coming on?", and making viewing appointments daily. I began to know the staff inside out from each estate agent, and most knew me as soon as I only gave my first name. Victoria Pinkerton are an excellent Team. Aimee and Nikki always went that extra mile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aimee even went out of her way to contact me regarding houses that were listed with other estate agents, just in case I missed " the special one". Rachelle was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything and helped me understand what goes into getting your first home. Rachelle also worked around my working hours as I have a long working day and can't get out of work for meetings. I would 100% go back to her for more help in the future.

Victoria Pinkerton recently took over the management of an apartment block in Bangor, of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed, in her first week, the insurance cost was reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth, but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles, and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism, and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has borne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Victoria Pinkerton and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Apartment block going forward.
